Join a Team That Makes a Difference Every Day

At All Dry Services of Louisville, we are more than a restoration company. We are a team committed to helping our community recover from property damage caused by water, fire, mold, storms, and more. We take pride in our work, support one another, and deliver service with integrity and professionalism. When you join our team, you become part of a growing company that values hard work, safety, growth, and career development.

Why Build Your Career With Us

Working in the restoration industry provides a unique opportunity to blend meaningful service with hands‑on experience. Restoration professionals are problem‑solvers who work directly with customers during times of need, helping restore homes and businesses to safe, healthy conditions. There is no typical day. Every call brings a new challenge and the chance to make a real impact.

We offer competitive compensation and benefits, ongoing training, and clear opportunities for advancement. Whether you are starting your career, seeking leadership opportunities, or interested in the technical side of restoration, we encourage you to grow with us and develop industry‑recognized skills.

What It’s Like to Work in Restoration

Restoration careers blend technical skills with customer service. Team members respond to emergency calls, assess damage, deploy drying and cleanup equipment, and work alongside trained professionals to bring properties back to pre‑loss condition. The job involves both fieldwork and teamwork, from handling moisture mapping equipment and structural drying tools to assisting customers with questions during stressful situations.

In addition to hands‑on technical roles, our career opportunities include leadership and sales‑oriented positions. For example:

  • Water & Mold Damage Technician: Participate in damage assessment, drying, mold remediation, and mitigation efforts.
  • Project Manager/Estimator: Lead project planning, communicate with customers and insurance adjusters, and prepare detailed scopes of work.
  • Business Development Manager / Outside Sales: Build relationships with clients and referral partners while sharing how our services help property owners recover.

Supportive Environment and Growth Opportunities

We believe in supporting our team with the tools and training needed to succeed. Many restoration professionals start in entry‑level positions and grow into advanced roles such as crew lead, estimator, operations manager, or even ownership‑level careers as they gain experience and industry certifications.

We encourage candidates from all backgrounds, with or without previous restoration experience, to apply. Paid training and mentorship are available for those who show dedication, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn.
